FAQs
Do your bartenders supply alcohol?
No. Under Pennsylvania Liquor Laws, PLCB does not allow any one without a liquor license to sell alcohol. Meaning your bartender can not purchase alcohol for you or sell you any alcohol in addition to bartending services.
How far in advance do I need to book your services?
The earlier the better! However, at least one 14 days prior to your event. This is to secure your date and to allow your bartenders to be as prepared as possible for your event.
Can you accommodate specific dietary restrictions or preferences?
Yes. We are fully capable of adapting to any dietary restrictions and/or preferences, however please be sure to mention these restrictions or preferences in your consultation, to be sure the bartenders are made aware, and create a menu that fits your needs.
What is the attire of your staff?
All bartenders will arrive to your event in professional service attire. Black pants, black button down shirt and black non-slip shoes.
Do you require a deposit to secure my booking?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit 50% of your total estimate is due upon review and signing of service agreement to secure the date. The remaining balance is due the day of your event via Square, Zelle, or cash.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Postponement: If the Event is rescheduled within 12 months, the deposit may be transferred at the Provider’s discretion, subject to availability.
Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels:
More than 90 days before the Event: Full refund of deposit minus a $100 administrative fee.
31-90 days before: 50% of deposit refunded.
30 days or less: Deposit is fully non-refundable to compensate for lost booking opportunities and preparation costs.
Provider Cancellation: If the Provider must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (excluding force majeure as outlined in Section 4), a full refund will be issued, and reasonable efforts will be made to recommend a replacement.
How do you handle underage guests or guests that may have consumed too much alcohol?
All bartenders are fully trained in handling these types of situations. The reason for having RAMP Certified bartenders is to have people who are able to identify guests that have had a little to much, and to have watchmen for your alcohol. No underage guests sneaking liquor.
Are there any additional fee or charges not included in the initial quote?
Everything will be included in your initial quote, with the exception of gratuity*, unless you have requested changes from after the initial quote.(ex. adding additional bartender or deciding to add a speciality bar.)
(*see gratuity below)
Is gratuity included in the initial quote and/or the total price?
No, we do not include gratuity in our upfront pricing. Instead, we provide a tip jar and QR code at events so guests can show appreciation directly to the bartenders.
Because our team is highly trained and relievers exceptional service, we guarantee them a minimum gratuity of $250 per bartender.
If guests tips don’t reach that amount—or if you prefer not to have a tip jar displayed—the host simply covers the difference.
This helps us ensure our staff is paid fairly while keeping our event pricing transparent and flexible.
